Due to an increase in workload throughout our Fabrication Workshop we are looking for a Fabrication Supervisor. The successful candidate will be able to work from both technical drawings or verbal descriptions supplied by our management team and have a flexible approach to additional working hours to meet the demands of production.

Key Responsibilities:

Track jobs through the production process at each stage or build

Control drawing documentation to ensure all drawings are issued, returned and cross referenced to manufactured sections

Control high value consumables

Manage Project material ordering process for just in time deliveries

Raising of non-conformance records & investigate issues

Conduct quality checks of fabricated steel sections

Skills and qualifications:

Proficient with MS Office 365, written reports and documentation

Proven experience with Steel Fabrication workshop procedures

Experience with steel sections & terminologies

Experience of fabrication & welding

Experience with fabrication drawings

Methodical approach to work & able to self-check and identify own omissions

Motivated and drive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00 per year
