Are you a Workshop Team Leader looking to join a market leading automation / machinery manufacturer, with a competitive salary, training on specialist machinery, scope to progress further and an early finish on a Friday?

As the Workshop Team Leader, you will lead a team of Fabricator / Welders and support the Production Manager on planning, resource allocation and promoting quality and H&S. Predominantly off the tools, with operating the Press being the only hands-on duty - training will be provided.

This highly regarded company specialises in bespoke automation systems and invests heavily in its staff, innovation and systems. By the end of the year, they plan to move this department to a brand-new, purpose-built facility, making this a great time to get on board.

This role would suit a Workshop Team Leader who has a Fabrication or Welding background, is IT Literate and is happy to be hands on and support with machine operating when required.

Leading team of Fabricators and Welders Planning production schedules with Production Manager Operating the Brake Press - training provided

Experience in a leadership role, within Production, Assembly, Fabrication or similar Background in Fabrication, Welding, CNC or similar
