Identify and report operational challenges, proposing creative solutions.

Support improvements to workshop layout, tooling, and workflows.

Contribute to developing an outstanding member experience through technical excellence.

Strong background in making, manufacturing, or workshop operations.

Knowledge of machine maintenance, repair, and preventative servicing.

Confident understanding of workshop health & safety regulations.

Organised and process-driven with strong communication skills.

Competent in maintenance tracking and booking systems (e.g. MaintainX).

Experience delivering or supporting technical training sessions.

Proactive, reliable, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience working in an open-access, shared, or educational workshop environment.

Broad understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and multi-disciplinary workflows.
