On behalf of AWE, we are looking for a Workstream delivery Lead (Outside IR35) for an 18 Month contract based 2 days a week in Reading/Aldermaston

AWE plays a crucial role in national nuclear security. Their role in nuclear deterrence and their specialist technical assistance to nuclear threat reduction is vital in the defence against the most serious threats faced by the UK. As a Workstream Delivery Lead, your main responsibilities will be:



Lead and manage HR Workstreams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of project milestones. Oversee HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Engage with trade unions to foster positive relationships and ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives. Drive HR transformation initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, HR teams, and external partners. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance HR service delivery.

Essential:

Proven experience in HR project management, Workstream delivery HR transformation. Trade union engagement, and Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Active SC Clearance
