Work Study / Training Coordinator

Job Description

We are working with a leading NI food producer who due to continued investment and contract wins are seeking to appoint their new Work-study / Training Coordinator who will support the business develop its capacity & efficiencies as they invest in automated solutions at their site.
This role would suit a range of backgrounds and experiences, ideally one with experience of leading / training or improvements within a food or fast - paced manufacturing environment, experience of training on new ways of working and machinery.
Working across the production, engineering and operations teams you will play an important role in supporting the business realise the potential of these investments through the review, analysis and development of 'opportunities to improve' across the business, this will include;

  • Reviewing positive and negative impacts of new machinery on labour force
  • Reviewing and revising job roles to ensure maximum efficiencies through automated machinery utilisation
  • Working with department managers / supervisors to develop training plans and programs for staff in 'new and developed' roles
  • Ongoing performance analysis and review of opportunities afforded through automated systems
What we are looking for...
  • Experienced within a work study / improvements or related training analysis within a production / manufacturing background
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
