Worktop Machinist / Bench Hand Joiner

to join our skilled team in our Kendal-based joinery shop.

You'll be working with a range of materials, including timber and solid surface materials such as Corian, delivering high-quality, detailed joinery and fabrication work. The role involves operating woodworking machinery (e.g., spindle moulders, panel saws) and using hand tools.

Key Responsibilities

Working in our Worktop Division on the Mintsfeet Industrial Estate Producing the Finest Kitchen Worktops for the most prestigious Projects Manufacture bespoke worktops to exact specifications Work from manufacturing drawings to complete projects from start to finish Operate woodworking machinery, including panel saws and spindle moulders Use hand tools including routers, belt sanders, and orbital sanders Ensure all work meets industry standards and is free of errors Work independently and meet production deadlines

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour
