Our head office and main inbound call centre is based just outside of Cambridge where all training and office visits will take place.

We're growing, innovating, and ready for the next chapter. To support this vision, we're expanding our Reservations team and looking for dedicated professionals who can deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include managing inbound sales calls predominantly from travel agents, crafting bespoke multi-centre itineraries, providing competitive quotes, and turning enquiries into memorable holiday bookings.

Handle inbound sales calls from travel agents, providing expert advice and support. Create tailor-made, multi-centre holiday itineraries to worldwide destinations, tailored to customers' individual needs. Prepare accurate quotes, offering competitive options and upselling where appropriate. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, consistently working towards personal sales targets. Build strong relationships with travel agents, offering excellent product knowledge and customer service. Stay up to date with destination knowledge, travel products, and industry trends through training and ongoing development. Collaborate with internal teams including product, commercial, and ticketing to ensure seamless service from enquiry to booking. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotes, and bookings within the reservation system.

What are we looking for?



To be successful in the travel industry you've got to bring your love for adventure, awesome people skills, eagle-eye attention to detail, and the knack for rolling with the punches. Top-notch customer service, being tech-savvy, and always learning new things are key to making sure our customers have the best trips ever!

You will be passionate about travel and take pride in your expertise, striving to exceed customer expectations by using your knowledge to design meaningful travel experiences, where no detail is too small.

Essential skills and experience required:



A proven track record as a top sales performer, preferably in a long-haul travel environment. However, if you've got the talent and passion for sales, we'll give you the training you need to thrive A proven ability to understand customer needs and create high-quality, tailored experiences. While travel industry experience is welcome, we're equally keen to hear from experienced sales professionals with a passion for delivering outstanding service Professional, helpful, and calm telephone manner to engage and build relationships with customers Strong ability to influence and support customers to make purchasing decisions Have excellent organisational skills and be comfortable with multi-tasking Be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Possess a keen eye for detail Demonstrate proficient computer/CRS skills and be comfortable with travel technology and systems such as Galileo (preferably) Have a dedicated home office space with a reliable internet connection

Working Hours



Working 5 days per week during Monday to Friday 0900-1730 and Saturday 0900-1700 with one guaranteed full weekend off per month.

Whilst you get to know your team and your job role, you'll be expected to attend Cambourne head office to complete your training and once training is complete you will work from home two days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-35,000.00 per year
