The S4K Role...

We are looking 2 individuals to join our coaching team on a permanent or part-time (consistent shifts) basis. These individuals should have a keen interest in child development and sport. All technical training will be provided by S4K, so previous qualifications are not essential. We are looking for individuals who possess charisma, are articulate, well-presented and have a beaming smile. You should also be passionate about delivery exceptional customer service. Successful candidates will be trained and developed through our bespoke S4K University platform, or apprenticeship

You will be responsible for delivering a successful wrap around club, PE and running after school activities at a wonderful primary school in Teddington. On Weekends there is the opportunity to deliver technical football coaching sessions (full training and lesson plans provided) for children from 18 months to 11 years at our weekend venues.

Tasks Include...

Becoming a valued member of the School team Running a successful wraparound club Monday to Friday Delivering compelling after school clubs Completing health and safety based activities to ensure a fun and safe environment. Building relationships with parents and children to inspire and educate. At weekends if required Delivering fun, engaging and energetic sports sessions to children aged from 18 months to 11 years..

Essential Requirements

Conscientious and unbeatable standards of delivery. Charismatic, smiley and fantastic interpersonal skills. A passion for child development and sport. You will work consistently at one School Monday to Friday so will need to based within reasonable travelling distance of Teddington and have the opportunity to increase hours on Weekend mornings at one of our Development Centres in Twickenham, Richmond, Hounslow , Sunbury or Staines .

Pay: 12.41-15.00 per hour
