What You'll Do:

Your role will be key to ensuring that our wraparound care is a safe, fun, and enriching experience for the children. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Leading and supervising exciting games, arts and crafts, and recreational activities. Creating a safe and nurturing space for children to relax, socialise, and enjoy themselves. Encouraging positive social interactions and supporting children's emotional well-being. Working closely with parents and school staff to ensure children's individual needs are met. Helping with snack preparation and ensuring a tidy and organised space. Following all safeguarding procedures to maintain a secure environment for everyone.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

Enthusiastic, caring, and passionate about working with children. Great at building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A team player with a flexible approach, who can adapt to different situations. Experienced in working with children (this could be in a school, childcare setting, or even volunteering). Open to learning and growing--whether it's gaining new skills or achieving childcare qualifications.

Even Better If You Have:

A relevant qualification in Childcare (like NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent). Experience working in an after-school club or similar environment. First Aid or safeguarding training (if not, don't worry--we'll provide this!).

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
