Wraparound Care Manager Part-time

Scale 5, Spine Point 15 \xc2\xa316,117 (FTE - \xc2\xa329,214)

Club Hours: Breakfast: 7.15am - 9am Afterschool: 3pm - 6pm

Term Time Only (39 weeks)

Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is situated in the heart of Charlton. The Governors of this Outstanding and oversubscribed school are seeking to appoint a Wraparound Care Manager to lead on the new Wraparound Care provision at Our Lady of Grace. This new provision will start in January 2024 and we are looking for someone to be a part of this new exciting venture.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the running of breakfast and after school clubs and be directly responsible for the day-to-day coordination of clubs. This role will include continue the strong relationships we have with the school community. We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills and is, approachable. The successful candidate will provide a safe, caring, stimulating and fun environment for the children. We are looking for a happy, enthusiastic and passionate Club Manager who is committed to developing and nurturing other team members, as well as our children.

• Are you organised and enthusiastic?
• Can you plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm. This includes a wide range from multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
• Are you proactive, responsible and able to follow procedures? The children in our care are our responsibility and policies are in place for the team members to follow.
