Wraparound Care Site Lead (New Setting)

Term-Time Only | 12.50 - 13.50 p/h | 25 hours per week

To cover Breakfast Club (7:40am-8:40am) and After School (3:20pm - 6pm)

Our new breakfast and after school clubs at

Leigh Academy Horsmonden

have just launched - and we are looking for an experienced, energetic Site Lead to help the clubs continue to grow and thrive.

If you've got childcare experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating safe, happy spaces for children aged 4 - 11, this is a brilliant opportunity to make your mark on a brand-new site within the Premier Education family.

What You'll Do

Create a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment before and after school Lead and supervise a small team delivering high-quality wraparound care Plan and run engaging, age-appropriate activities for children Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and admin tasks are completed to a high standard Build great relationships with children, parents, and school staff

What We're Looking For

Level 2+ qualification in Childcare, Playwork, or similar Experience working with primary-aged children in schools or clubs Leadership or supervisory experience Strong safeguarding knowledge and basic IT skills
