We are looking for a part time (school setting) childcare manager- This is a Part-time role for a Level 2/3 Childcare Practitioner to manage a wrap-around club within a school setting.
To work as a professional advocate representing Premier Education, showing initiative and creativity to foster an environment which encourages the children's all round development and where high standards of care are provided.
Deliver exemplary levels of practice at all times inline with Premier's operational standards.
To build and sustain effective professional relationships with parents and carers and their families on behalf of Premier Education.

Understand each child, their on entry points, their development, individual learning needs and have a sound understanding on how you will have an impact on their learning and move them forwards to maximise their learning potential whilst using Premier Services.
Observe each child's progress and report on achievements with the family looking for progression and continuity, seeking the advice of external services if necessary.
Assist with the supervision of children during child led experiences (indoor and outdoor) and at mealtimes, ensuring that their health, safety and welfare is cared for at all times.
Strictly adhere to the agreed Premier Education behaviour management policy and procedures, promoting positive behaviour at all times.
To evidence excellent knowledge and understanding of your duties to safeguard all children, families and extended service users in your care, understanding your responsibilities to also prevent children from being drawn into terrorism which is inline with the Anti-terrorism & Security Act 2015.
To have a general awareness and understanding of the term 'FGM' (Female Genital Mutilation) and what actions you would take if you recognise that a child is demonstrating symptoms of this procedure whilst in your care.
Commit to developing and maintaining a multicultural, anti-racist, non-sexist environment respecting the children's individual differences.
Ensure the general cleanliness of the children, resources, and environment at all times to prevent the spread of infection and cross contamination.
Operate the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the nappy changing if appropriate/toilet area and food service areas.
Participate in setting up a range of inclusive activities both indoor and outdoor which reflect on the Premier's timetable of specialist sports and elements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
To be responsible for having an active role in the key person approach which entails having a group of mixed age children to ensure that they are healthy, safeguarded, and progressing accordingly in-line with the relevant age and stage milestones of their development.
Monitor, assess, record and report on the development and progress of your key children.
Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework for guidance in your practice with the children.
Work in partnership with parents and carers, recognising that parents are their children's first educators, and encourage parental involvement at Premier Education.
Ensure close monitoring of children about whom there are concerns and who your Designated Safeguarding Lead is that you will report to.
To deliver the highest quality of operational standards inline with your teaching methods and delivery of the sports curriculum.
Be familiar with all emergency, lockdown and security procedures e.g. fire drill, dropping off and collecting routines.
Respect and maintain confidentiality of all information received. Breach of this information at any point will result in termination of your contract with immediate effect.
To ensure that the children participate in a free-flow self serving meal system where they can help themselves to healthy snacks and drinks at their leisure.
Attend training programmes and meetings with other staff and parents as required by Premier Education.
Uphold and carry out the duties of the post with due regard to Premier's Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion policy and procedure.
Co-operate in the implementation of the health and safety policy and ensure that the practice and environment meets health and safety standards, completing daily risk assessments accordingly.
