Just like our children, we are growing! RAFAKidz started out as one of the chosen providers of nursery services to the RAF community. We are excited to announce that we have been invited to bring our expertise and touch of magic to a brand-new setting to provide high quality affordable childcare at RAF Wyton. The nursery is due to open in April and we are looking for a Nursery Cleaner to join us.

RAFAKidz Wyton is a 78 place purpose-built setting offering full and part-time childcare for children aged 3months - 5years. The nursery is situated in a quiet residential area within the village of Wyton on the Hill, Cambridgeshire and serves the local community as well as Military Personnel.

We have a spacious, fully enclosed garden that allows children to explore the outdoor environment safely. Our rooms are designed to promote independence, with equipment accessible for all age groups. We also have an on-site kitchen that prepares delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals and snacks. RAFAKidz Wyton Nursery consists of three rooms: the Baby Room, Toddler Room, and Preschool Room, each tailored to meet the needs of different age groups

About the role

We have a position available for a part time Nursery Cleaner to join our friendly team. Whilst previous experience would be desirable, it is not essential. Our ideal candidate will have a 'can do' attitude, a cheerful personality, and a good eye for detail. Along with the usual cleaning responsibilities as you would expect with a role of this type, we need the post holder to have an awareness of Health and Safety as our children's safety is paramount. We will provide training which will enable you to be vigilant with regards to cleaning products and equipment and enable you to identify and report any risks which may pose an injury to children and staff, for example broken play equipment, wobbly furniture etc.?
