You can set up stimulating invitations to play for our children and create a learning environment that is provoking and full of curiosity.
You understand or a familiar with the unpinning theory behind attachment and the importance of a child's personal, social, and emotional development and well-being being secure.
You are confident in talking, asking open ended questions, extending, and scaffolding children's learning.
You have an awareness and understanding of the environmental factors that impact positively or negatively on a child's well-being and development.
You have experience working with and are accepting of and nurturing towards children who displaying signs of or who are diagnosed with a Special Educational Needs.
You are competent to safeguard all children in your care by adhering to nurseries policies and procedures.
You are competent in using computer-based nursery software.
The Early Years Foundation stage is embedded in your practice and you have a sound knowledge of all elements.
Mandatory Requirements
You must hold a minimum of a Level 3 childcare qualification.
You must hold a valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain.
You must be prepared to pay for a current DBS check.
