Responsibilities
The Commercial Partnership Solutions team works closely with TikTok's content organisation to conceptualise, monetise, and deliver iconic brand partnerships that sit at the heart of our tentpole moments. These include global sporting events like the World Cup, TikTok-native franchises such as the TikTok Awards, and culturally defining moments from Valentine's Day to major seasonal celebrations.
These programmes are high-impact, creatively ambitious, and operationally complex. They involve numerous XFN partners, both internal teams and external client stakeholders. As the Programme Lead, you will create structure out of complexity, foster strong collaboration, and ensure programmes are delivered at the highest possible standard.
We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and solutions-driven Programme Lead to join our European Commercial Partnership Solutions team. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and bring positivity, creativity, and humility to cross-functional work.
This role is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering high-impact, cross-functional brand partnership programmes across Europe. You will ensure TikTok's commercial and content teams are aligned, organised, and empowered to execute best-in-class advertising and partnership moments around some of our biggest cultural and creative events.
