As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful shopping experience.
Duties
Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
Engage in merchandising activities to maintain an attractive store layout and display.
Demonstrate effective communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Utilise basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately at the till.
Employ time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Exhibit phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant items.
Maintain organisational skills to keep stock areas tidy and well-managed.
Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
Familiarity with merchandising principles will be beneficial in this role.
