Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Yard / Factory Worker & driver

to join our busy, award-winning double glazing team.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the business and assisting our fitting and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking in and quality checking daily deliveries. Reporting and assisting remakes where required. Assisting engineers and fitters on site when needed. Delivering orders to customers. General upkeep and organisation of the yard, storage areas, and factory floor. Preparing jobs ready for fitting. Cutting panels and handling materials safely. Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering. Whilst this is not a fully comprehensive list of the role it provides a basic outline of the day-to-day role

Requirements:

A strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work well as part of a team and independently. Full UK driving licence (required).

Please note that driving is an essential part of this role and includes operating company vans. This is a non-negotiable requirement, so if there are any issues with driving, please do not apply for the position.*
Previous experience in a similar role or within the glazing/building trade is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
