Building Services are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Support Services Foreperson to support the functions of a busy building maintenance depot.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Ensure waste materials are segregated into the correct waste stream. Depot, Plant & Transport are safe, efficient and compliant. Monitoring of CCTV system. Effective use of all relevant ICT systems.
You must be organised, self- motivated and have the ability to motivate others.
A full UK driving licence is essential and the ability to drive a folklift/telehandler is desirable.
