Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Yard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the landscape and ensuring the overall functionality of the yard. This role requires a mix of physical labour, mechanical knowledge. The Yard Worker will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and operational efficiency of our outdoor spaces.

Duties

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various gardening tasks. Load and unload lorries for deliveries Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Collaborate with team members on construction projects related to landscaping. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the yard area, ensuring a safe working environment. Monitor plant health and provide care as necessary, utilising knowledge in horticulture.

Skills

Experience with hand tools, power tools, and excavators is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
