We're on the lookout for a

reliable and motivated Yard Operative

to join our dynamic Events team at our Longcroft Depot. This is a full-time, permanent role with great opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding, industry-leading company in the welfare and accommodation sector.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of our depot operations team, you'll play a vital role in preparing our hire assets to the highest standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Preparing sanitary units, cabins, and trailers for hire Pressure washing and steam cleaning accommodation units Carrying out minor plumbing and electrical repairs Identifying and reporting any damage to head office Keeping accurate records of completed work Loading vehicles with hire-ready equipment

What We're Looking For:

We're after someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You'll need:

A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently Good planning and organisational skills Physical fitness to handle manual tasks in all weather conditions Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed Clear communication skills - both written and verbal A valid driver's licence (essential) A forklift ticket - desirable but not essential
