Working schedule:

Part time 12am -4am Monday to Friday

Rate: 14.84 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Efficient Stock Management: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock, keeping production demands in check while strictly following all procedures. Safety First: Work safely and efficiently in line with health and safety standards, maintaining a focus on food safety, hygiene, and quality at all times. Team Collaboration: Work alongside warehouse managers, team leaders, and health and safety professionals to achieve warehouse targets. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency across the department. Attention to Detail: Ensure that stock levels are adequate, labels are correctly stored and issued, and all paperwork is completed accurately. Flexibility: Be ready to assist colleagues with tasks and provide support wherever needed to meet the team's goals.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous FMCG manufacturing experience (preferably food-related), with a proven track record in managing teams and warehouse operations. Skills & Knowledge: Familiarity with continuous improvement tools, food safety standards, and quality control processes. Certifications: Level 3 Food Safety, IOSH, and FLT Counterbalance/Reach certified. Personal Attributes: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and motivate others.
