Job Description

Job Title: Yard Worker

Duties:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operate forklifts and other machinery to move items within the yard
- Organise and maintain inventory in the yard
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the yard area
- Assist customers with locating and loading items
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently (preferred, but not essential as training will be given).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting heavy objects
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Hours of work - Mon-Fri, 0730-1700Hrs (42.5hrs per week)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
