Beers Timber & Building Supplies Ltd, is a long-established independent Merchant, offering general timber and building supplies to both the trade and the general public alike, throughout Merseyside, Warrington, Wirral, Manchester and the North-West area as a whole.
About the Role
Beers Timber & Building Supplies Ltd are looking for an experienced Yard Foreman/woman to work in the busy yard/warehouse area of our timber & building supplies depot based in Liverpool.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Supervision of a busy yard and warehouse area.
The Supervision of employees who are dealing with customers on a face to face basis, and when picking stock for customer orders, including loading and unloading wagons.
Developing and maintaining good customer relations.
Maintaining stock Levels.
General tasks pertaining to business operations.
Experience
Applicants should be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, and be committed to customer service.
Counterbalance forklift truck licence essential.
Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus 4.5 hours for 25 Saturdays per year.
