Yard Person Full Or Part Time Available
Job Description
KDH Projects are a multi disciplinary construction company working within the food and beverage industry. KDH Projects are looking for a Yard and Store person to work at our Head Office in Donington.
Some of the duties include :
Operating the warehouse and unit FLT in a safe manner and carrying out all necessary daily safety checks.
Loading and unloading of deliveries to and from the yard/warehouse.
Keep the delivery vehicles and FLT clean and tidy at all times.
Organising the warehouse/compound and stock to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained.
Carryout simple unit maintenance - light bulbs, cutting grass, sweeping leaves, decorating, minor repairs and odd jobs.
Effective storage and retrieval of goods/materials, clean and tidy warehouse/compound floor at all times, maintaining a safe workplace.
Notification of required stock levels to the Purchasing department
Updating the fixed asset register.
Checking all equipment regularly for damage - taking items for repair or removing from the asset register as appropriate. PAT testing training will be arranged
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
