Yard Supervisor
Job Description
My client, a manufactrui9ng company based in Pershore, is looking to recruit a Yard Supervisor on a Permanent basis.
The main responsibilities associated with this role includes
- Mange your team in a positive and constructive way including drivers and pickers
- Take responsibility for new team members to ensure targets are met
- Manage work schedules for all staff to ensure targets are met
- Manage any issues with stock control with appropriate line manager
- Ensure H & S is adhered to at all times
- Make recommendations for system improvements
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing
- Previous experience of managing work schedules
- Good working knowledge of Health and Safety
- Good IT Skills
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels
This role is Mon-Fri and the salary on offer is up to \xc2\xa329,000
