We are actively looking to appoint a Yard/Branch Assistant to join the newly formed team in Cardiff. If you are a hardworking, flexible individual who can work as part of a small team and provide excellent customer service then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Your job

In this role as a Yard/Branch Assistant some of the duties involve:

Providing customers with product and service information Pick customer orders accurately Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck Process orders accurately, within a time dictated by the customer deadline Serve customers on the trade counter when required Daily friendly customer interactions

Qualifications

You will come to us with:

Excellent communication skills and some customer service skills Literacy & Numeracy A hardworking & helpful individual willing to be trained in all aspects of our operation An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment Forklift truck licence
