Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Yardsman/woman and delivery driver to join our small friendly team based between Westhill and Blackburn Aberdeenshire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the yard, basic maintenance of plant and equipment, Data entry to monitor plant and equipment / stock, Delivering collect plant and materials from site. someone with an interest in mechanics / fixing things. we are looking for someone that does not mind getting there hands dirty and getting mucked in.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the yard and surrounding areas. Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management and yard operations. Assist in the analysis of yard operations to identify areas for improvement. Basic mechanical duties on small plant. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Driving licence is essential. HGV driving license preferred but not essential. Ability to work on your own, Plan and organise yourself with little supervision. Ability to analyse situations effectively and propose solutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour
