Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Yardsman to join our team. This is a hands-on role based in our yard, supporting the smooth movement, organisation, and management of building materials for deliveries and collections.

Key Requirements

Essential:

Proven experience operating a forklift

Full, clean UK driving licence

Desirable (but not essential):

Knowledge or experience with building materials

Main Responsibilities:

Carrying out regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records

Preparing, organising, and loading materials for customer deliveries

Receiving, unloading, and processing deliveries into the yard

Maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient yard environment

Assisting with deliveries to and collections from construction sites as required

Ability to work safely and efficiently in a busy yard environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
