Year 2 Teacher - Barnet

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive school in Barnet from

1st September 2025

, although ideally we are seeking someone with teaching experience.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, planning in line with our

Purple Mash scheme

, and ensuring children's learning is well-documented. Teachers may create accompanying slides to support lessons, and pupils save their work digitally.

Subject Leadership

There is scope to take on

subject leadership

(not an additional paid role). In our small school, most teachers lead a subject unless they are an ECT. You will be supported in this by our

Curriculum Leader

, and additional non-contact time is provided on a

rotational basis

.
