Key Responsibilities:

Encourage children's mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play Support the development of children's basic skills, including physical co-ordination, speech, communication, curiosity and knowledge Take responsibility for the progress of children Organise the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage positive learning development Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class Maintain discipline Observe, assess and record each child's progress

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Proven experience of working with primary school children Degree in Education or similar and a QTS/EYPS/PGCE Passionate about empowering children to reach their maximum potential

Preferred

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

Compensation & Benefits:
