Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that challenge and inspire Year 5 students, fostering their academic progress and personal development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the well-being and social growth of all students.
• Utilize a range of teaching strategies, resources, and technology to accommodate diverse learning styles and cater to individual needs.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement interventions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive and stimulating curriculum that aligns with national standards.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and a supportive learning community.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in Year 5 or a similar age group.
• Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements for Key Stage 2.
• Passion for education and a commitment to nurturing students\' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
