Job Summary

To work directly with children and young people between the ages of 8 and 18 years to ensure their fullest possible engagement with Anyiso Planning and facilitating activities and events Identifying and developing new service opportunities Work collaboratively with our existing children and youth group, while creating new activities and managing the coordination of current ones. Maintain a high standard of record keeping Work with other partner agencies to develop and promote activities Represent Anyiso within the local area Plan, programme and deliver activities and projects relevant to the children and young people's needs Work in line with existing policies and procedures, while developing new ones where necessary. Any other duty as required by Anyiso management team.

General duties:

Manage a personal workplan and prepare progress reports directed by the line Manager. Regularly update operational systems in relation to all relevant work activity. Prepare regular information updates for publication on website and through ebulletin. As a team member, collaborate and work together on tasks/projects as demand dictates. Contribute fully to the smooth running and professional operation of Anyiso. Compliance with all organisational policies, and all legal obligations, relating to duties. Maintain a best value culture and support the organisation's vision and values. An ambassador for Anyiso, promoting its vision and values.
