The Role


------------


The post holder will work flexibly within the Connect team to provide information and advice to young people and young people's services across West Wiltshire on substance misuse and other related issues.



Delivering Outreach, engagement, assessments, care planning and key working to support the recovery of young people while working with families, carers, children and young people's services and other drug treatment and community agencies.


A Driving Licence with access to vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
