Key Responsibilities
Booking residents and visitors: Ensuring accurate records of who enters and leaves the building.
Logging incidents: Recording complaints, accidents, risks, and anti-social behaviour in line with policy.
Maintaining daily logs: Keeping detailed notes of events and handing over information effectively.
Conducting security checks: Monitoring fire alarms, emergency lighting, and extinguishers to keep the site safe.
About You
Compassionate and resilient: Able to support young people empathetically while staying calm under pressure.
Strong communication skills: Skilled at de-escalating conflicts and diffusing tense situations.
Comfortable with lone working: Confident in using initiative and maintaining professional boundaries.
Basic literacy and numeracy: Essential for logging, reporting, and ensuring safety compliance.
Working Hours
37 hours per week across 4 shifts.
Night shifts: 21:45pm - 07:00am, including weekends and bank holidays.
