You'll work with them to access their needs, develop care plans, deliver a variety of treatments and/or refer them to other specialist support when needed. WithYou is a substance misuse service in Lancashire for young people up to the age of 25. You will deliver 1:1 and group work, alongside information sessions and drop-in services for young people in the local area. As a Child and Youth Justice Service - Young Persons Worker you will be working in partnership with the local authority. You will work between We Are With You offices and the local authority offices, and therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
