Reading Community Trust are looking for a Lead coach for our Youth development Phase U13s or U14s.
At our community set up we have 3 levels, Development, Advance & Elite which then progresses onto the Academy. We are looking for coaches who can take one age group and coach all 3 levels within the community.
Each week there will be a different topic with a syllabus to follow which you can deliver in the manner you feel fit for the group, with Development, Advance & Elite all having different Syllabuses.
You're required to provide written feedback for each player you coach at the end of the Winter & Summer term which you will get paid to do.
During half term's we have fixtures against other professional clubs and academies which, if you're available, you will be asked to manage the group and see how they perform in match scenarios. The Elite groups play Friday night fixtures against private coaching companies & grassroots teams.
You also have the freedom to recruit and scout players you may see outside of Reading for all age groups U8s-16s.
The goal we have is to develop players the best we can and to prepare them in their footballing journey & for the next step which hopefully is Academy football.
