VISTA Sports Development is seeking enthusiastic and innovative individuals to lead our Youth Futsal programs across Southeast London and Kent. If you are passionate about fostering the growth and development of youth futsal and are eager to see more children and young people participate in the sport, this opportunity is for you!

We are in search of FA qualified futsal coaches capable of delivering enjoyable and engaging sessions that highlight the dynamic nature of the sport and support the development of technical and tactical skills. You will also have the opportunity to become part of a dynamic team and a network of Futsal Centres in various locations, contributing to shaping the future of Futsal and making a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate, dynamic, and engaging Futsal sessions.

- Emphasize individual skill development, teamwork, and enjoyment of the game.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people during training and games.

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and coaches.

- Evaluate and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to children and parents.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge and passion for Futsal.

- Ability to motivate and inspire children to achieve their full potential.

- Strong organizational skills to plan and manage training sessions and competitions.

- Patience and adaptability to work with athletes of different ages and skill levels.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20.00-25.00 per hour
