We are looking for a friendly, dependable front of house professional, to support a new Youth Hub that the Leeds United Foundation are launching in partnership with the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).
The role involves ensuring outstanding customer service as well as attention to detail to ensure all guests are welcomed and receive a smooth experience from arrival and departure. Alongside this role you will work with the Foundation's Business Support team and support with general administration and enquiries.
The role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and meeting new people.
Key Role:
We are seeking an experience front of house and receptionist to support a new Youth Hub Service supporting young people to develop skills and confidence on their journey to employment.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of the day-to-day activities supporting the delivery of the Youth Hub at the Leeds United Stadium. The Hub will provide opportunities for referred unemployed young people in Leeds to access support, training and skill boosting sessions that support them on their next steps to employment.
Key Responsibilities:
The suitable candidate will:
Have experience working as a trusted front of house co-ordinator and receptionist, overseeing general arrivals, visitors and ensuring appointments run smoothly.
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Youth Hub front of house and be the first point of contact to visitors, clients and customers, manging all incoming calls, queries and visitor enquiries and ensuring prompt responses and exceptional customer service.
Greet all visitors warmly and professionally and manage all incoming calls, queries and electronic enquiries, ensuring prompt responses and an exceptional level of service.
Manage appointments for all guests and collect relevant personal information for security purposes.
Maintain guest records, preferences and special requirements with precision to detail, ensuring confidentiality around sensitive personal and business data.
Maintain a visible presence at reception and oversee access to the premises, welcoming visitors and monitoring entry.
Work independently for periods of time, acting as the main point of contact on site and ensuring the reception area and building remain well managed.
Assist with ad hoc administrative requests of the Youth Mentor team and Foundation's Business Support team as required
Be passionate about supporting young people in their journey to employment.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for friendly front of house with exceptional administrative and customer support skills, who is proactive, personable, and who thrives independently in a busy environment.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in business administration
Relevant work experience in a customer focused environment.
Exceptional communication and administration skills.
Experience handling sensitive personal and business information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced business.
Safeguarding (Can be delivered after appointment)
Hold a current DBS Certificate.
Outstanding attendance over the last two years whilst in the workplace.
Previous experience working with young people in a community setting.
Excellent organisational skills
High standard of IT skills.
