Manage the flow of referrals and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring the seamless transfer of information.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the key liaison between schools, youth offending teams (YOTs), social services, and other relevant agencies to support the program's holistic approach. Work with educational and social care professionals to co-produce care plans and intervention strategies tailored to the individual needs of the CYPs.

Reporting & Monitoring:

Maintain detailed records of session delivery, participant progress, and outcomes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Contribute to the program's reporting requirements by providing insights into referral rates, participant feedback, and intervention effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all safeguarding standards and policies across the intervention process.

Provide guidance, training, and leadership to sessional staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported in delivering high-quality interventions. Facilitate the professional development of staff involved in the program, promoting best practices and continuous learning.

Proven experience delivering interventions and support programs for young people, ideally within the criminal justice, education, or social care sectors. In-depth understanding of the challenges faced by at-risk CYPs, particularly those related to mental health, behavioral issues, and criminal justice involvement. Experience collaborating with schools, youth offending teams, and social services to design and deliver integrated care plans for CYPs. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

A relevant degree in Youth Work, Social Care, Education, or a related field. Previous experience in a leadership role managing the delivery of social or educational programs for CYPs. Familiarity with safeguarding standards, policies, and procedures in educational and community settings.
