Job Introduction
A great opportunity to join our Youth Justice Team as Support and Information Officer, providing administrative support and data collection to assist in the smooth running of the service.
The Youth Justice Service works closely with young people and their families to reduce anti-social behaviour and prevent youth crime. We assist victims of crime and, where appropriate include them in the youth justice process and restorative justice programmes.
You'll need to be able to handle a range of administrative duties including data entry, dealing with requests, checking finances, arranging and taking minutes at meetings, and maintaining accurate records to ensure we're meeting our performance targets.
You'll ideally have experience of providing comprehensive administrative support to a team, including taking minutes, as well as all round knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You'll be able to work well on your own and as part of a team, supporting colleagues during absences and unusually high volumes of work..
