Are you welcoming, re-assuring and encouraging, if so, we would like to hear from you. This role in Hull Youth Justice will provide a public facing service for children and families/carers who attend the Youth Justice's Kastor Centre.



You will provide administrative assistance to colleagues to ensure that children and families/carers receive the best service on their journey of addressing offending related issues. You might also be required to contact victims directly via mail/email having identified victims by interrogating Police information systems.



You will be expected to support and offer guidance on administrative and financial systems to practitioners and staff when required and complete administration tasks such as taking and distributing minutes/taking notes. You might be expected to liaise with partner agencies and key stakeholders for the distribution of such from complex multi-agency meetings.



Your keen eye for detail will ensure the accuracy of official documentation submitted to HYJS, identifying inaccuracies and appropriately amending official records as necessary. If this is your interest and skills set, consider applying today.
