Axcis Education is teaming up with a fantastic school in Keynsham to find a Youth Mental Health Support Worker. This is a full-time role, starting as soon as possible, and there's a good chance it could turn into a permanent job. Pay is xc2xa389 per day. What you'll be doing: xe2x80xa2 Working one-to-one with students who need help managing their emotions and behaviour xe2x80xa2 Building strong, trusting relationships with young people, offering encouragement and support xe2x80xa2 Helping students engage with learning in a way that works best for them xe2x80xa2 Teaming up with teachers and pastoral staff to create a safe, structured environment where students can thrive Who we're looking for: We care more about the right person than ticking boxes for qualifications.
