Come and join our team

We are seeking a committed, self-motivated Youth Support Worker to join our team. Early intervention is a key element of this role, enabling young people aged 16-25 to access support promptly to prevent homelessness. You will also deliver bespoke interventions designed to help young people develop the skills and confidence to live independently, both in accommodation provided for this cohort and in the wider community. Our Services is focussed on ensuring timely, tailored support that helps prevent crisis and promotes long-term wellbeing and advocacy support for young people.

DBS level:
