The Role

Are you ready to be the person who sparks change and empowers young people to lead the way?

As the Youth Voice Engagement Worker, you'll be more than just part of the team -- you'll be a champion for youth voice across our network, helping young people feel heard, valued, and confident to shape their futures. You'll work directly with young people in our clubs and communities to understand what they want, need, and care about.

Whether through conversations, creative projects, or youth-led activities, you'll help them explore their ideas and make sure their voices influence the design, delivery, and direction of our work. From co-creating sessions and running youth-led surveys, to supporting our Youth Voice forum and facilitating discussions on real issues, you'll ensure that young people don't just attend our programmes -- they help lead them. Because this isn't just our club, it's theirs.

You'll also support young people to become active citizens -- encouraging them to run campaigns, lead events, and even sit on decision-making panels. Your job is to ask questions, listen deeply, and create the space for young people to take the mic. If you want a role where you're empowering others every day, shaping services with real impact, and celebrating the voices that matter most -- this is the one for you.
