Overview

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic freelance Youth Worker assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone that is reliable and dedicated to the youth club nights, and can assist in running activities when given direction, and can also think of their feet and interact with the young people.

Fridays 6-9pm in Uckfield

Responsibilities

Assist in running activities when needed Assist in creating a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, ensuring their well-being at all times

Experience

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with young people from diverse backgrounds. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution is necessary. Relevant qualifications in youth work or education would be advantageous but are not mandatory.

You will need to attend either online or in person certain courses which will be provided (safeguarding, first aid etc) Please note:
