Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within our kitchen, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing inventory, training new staff members and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Train new staff members on service standards, menu offerings, and operational procedures. Work with the team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service stations.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is essential. (1 year in a Street food or fast paced kitchen preferred) Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. (Level 2 Food hygiene and safety qualification essential) Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is preferred. A passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
