What You'll Be Doing



As an Assessor, you'll guide apprentices through their

Heating & Ventilation Apprenticeship Standards

, helping them develop the practical and theoretical skills needed for success. You will:
Carry out on-site workplace assessments and ensure learners are meeting qualification requirements. Collaborate with employers, curriculum tutors, and learners to plan and review progress. Offer coaching, feedback, and support to help learners achieve their full potential. Assist learners in preparing for End Point Assessments and build a portfolio of workplace evidence.

We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including:
Experienced Assessors or Trainers in Building Services Engineering. Skilled Heating & Ventilation professionals looking to move into training and education.
