Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from:
Experienced assessors/trainers
who are passionate about construction training.
Industry professionals
currently working in Groundworks or Bricklaying who are ready to pass on their skills.
If you don't yet have an assessing qualification, don't worry--we'll support you to complete your
CAVA
and provide comprehensive induction and mentoring along the way.
What matters most is your trade expertise, your passion for teaching, and your commitment to helping learners succeed.
