As the UK's leading retailer of home furnishings, Dunelm continues to grow and so does our incredible team. We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Zone Manager to join our Stoke Distribution Centre, where you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently
What you'll be doing
Plan to succeed - ensure that the Zone is capable of delivering the businesses requirements at all times
Work with Shift Managers to understand service level for Zone and create plans for continuous improvement
Ensure that house-keeping standards are maintained to a high standard
Lead - every moment of every day, motivate, reward and engage your team
Ensure that the team have clear direction and are fully engaged in delivering the businesses objectives
Engage with the team by developing and continuously improving communication, team building, training and the people plan
Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and embraced
Manage the Zone like it's your own business
Has a "Can do" mentality which makes challenges, opportunities
Drive a continuous improvement plan which delivers results and supports a change culture
What we'll look for in you
We're seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings energy, precision, and a people-first mindset. Ideally, you'll have: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Passion for developing others and fostering a positive team culture
