Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of learners with additional learning needs? We are looking for a Lecturer to join our ILS team, delivering a varied range of full and part-time courses. Our students, who come from a variety of backgrounds and ages, will explore a unique curriculum.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the full cycle of curriculum delivery: planning, developing, evaluating, and teaching. We are looking for someone with current knowledge and hands-on experience in teaching adults and young people with additional learning needs.
We ask that you have a good knowledge of the ILS curriculum and the four learning pillars, together with a PGCE certificate and relevant level 5 qualification, or be prepared to obtain these. With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population you will be committed to motivating all learners.
